- Amendment / Cancellation made more than 5 days prior to check-in date : Free of charge.

Terms & Conditions
- Try Surf is lesson for non-experience surfer around 90 mins operate by Better Surf Thailand.
- 5-Day Advance reservaton is required for surf lesson and depends on weather condition.
- Time table for shuttle service between hotel and surf place is complimentary and limit per day.
- The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons per room per night (4 persons for Flora 2-Bedroom)
- Basic occupancy per room is 2 adults, maximum 3 adults are allowed with extra person charge @ THB 1,500 per night inclusive of Surf lesson.
- Flora 2-Bedroom can accommodate 4 adults and max at 5 adults with additional charge THB 1,500 per night inclusive of Surf lesson
- 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
- Extra bed is the existing expandable sofa bed in room, no rollaway bed provided at hotel.
- Standard check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and check-out time is 12.00 p.m.
- Late check out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
- Credit card details are required at the time of reservation and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
- Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period, room type or requirement changed.
Child Policy (PAY EXTRA AT HOTEL)
- Child 0 - 3.99 years old is free of charge for a baby cot.
- Child 4 - 11 years old, ABF charge at THB 225 net/ child/ meal (sharing existing bed with parent).
- Child 4 - 11 years old, Day bed set up including ABF is THB 1,500 net/ night/ child.
- Maximum child is 2 per room, 1 child can be shared existing bed with parents, while another must be paid for extra bed.
