Terms & Conditions
- The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons per room per night, except Flora 2-Bedroom is inclusive of breakfast for 4 persons.
- Normal occupancy per room is 2 persons (Except Flora 2-Bedroom). Maximum 3 adults per room are allowed with extra person charge @ THB 1,200 net/ night
- 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
- Extra bed is the existing expandable sofa bed in room, no rollaway bed provided at hotel.
- The maximum number of extra bed in a room is 1.
- Hotel check-in time: 2.00 p.m. and check-out time: 12.00 p.m.
- Late check-out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check-out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
- Credit card details are required at the time of reservation and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
- Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period room type or requirement changed.
